There are a few reasons why you may not have received an email confirmation from us. You may have misspelled your email address or your settings on your email account may have sent the email to your SPAM folder. Your email provider may also have default setting which will not allow our confirmation email to get through to your email account.


Would you like to view an online copy of your confirmation email?
Although you should take your different measurements such as "conventional size", t-shirt size, height, weight and cup size into consideration when determining your sling size, the most reliable method is by measuring from your outer side shoulder to your hip and cross referencing this measurement with our sling sizes. If you are stuck between two different sizes then we suggest selecting the larger size. We also highly recommend spending the $3.50 for our size exchange insurance which is very easy to use (in case you end up ordering the wrong size).

Because orders may be mailed out the same day that they are placed we do not allow order cancellations. Please see our refund policy, as stated on our shop now page below.

*Refunds: Because of the nature of the product, we have an "All Sales Final" policy. We know that you will appreciate that you will be receiving a brand new, never been soiled, product and not someones exchange, or return. If your shipment is damaged, and you would like to receive a replacement, we will be glad to replace the damaged product. We do not however replace with a different print than what was originally ordered.

We do not use the PayPal shipping address!
PayPal might have an old address of yours, but we always send out orders to the address submitted on our website. Please refer to your confirmation email we sent you which includes the correct shipping address.

Above the line items you will see the Promo Code submission text box. Please input the promo code you received in this text box. Be sure to click on the "apply code" button next to this text box. The discount amount should be subtracted from the total amount.

If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase through this site, or your shipment is damaged, and you would like to return it, we will refund the purchase amount (on the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase) minus any shipping and handling fees within 14 days of your purchase for product that is in new condition. Due to the nature of the product we do not offer refunds on product that has been opened. Packaging and product must be in resalable condition.
